An executive coach is a qualified professional who works with corporate C-suites
(CEO, COO, CFO, CMO…) to enhance their managerial and leadership skills.
The Executive coach may also deliver Team coaching to improve the quality of the teamwork.

Coaching focuses on generating change through powerful questions. Coaching is to be distinguished from:

  • Mentoring, which requires experience and knowledge from the mentor in the field where you need support.

The Executive coach  is a thinking partner who helps the Executive to raise their self-awareness, overcome limiting beliefs and fears.

The Executive coach is generally paid by the company he / she works for – As such, there is a high focus on tangible  business results and goals . The personal life of the Executive is left aside to focus predominantly on the working environment.
